We specialise in timber construction, alongside residential new builds and extensions, commercial buildings, inspections, bridges, repairs, and temporary works — across steel, concrete, and masonry too. We bring creative solutions to technical challenges using deep knowledge of construction techniques and cutting-edge design tools.

We chose the name CORD because a cord is a traditional unit of measure for timber volume — an apt name for an engineering company with a passion for timber. A cord is approximately 4′ high × 8′ long × 4′ deep.
